Adult Process Group
Personal Profile

Adult Group:

We meet in person in a small group for 1 hour and 15 minutes one evening each week. We develop clarity, insight, flexibility, and trust together.
In group psychotherapy, adults can be reflective and put their experiences into perspective by expressing their thoughts and feelings. By experiencing, observing, and participating in group, we can notice how we see ourselves and others. This leads to diminishing isolation and a greater sense of belonging. Increasing clarity, flexibility, and self-assurance can bring us towards greater insight and healthier, more successful patterns of relating to others.
I take a practical relational psychodynamic approach in group psychotherapy.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss the in-person adult group. The group meets in Albany at the border of North Berkeley. For a free half hour consultation, fill out the contact form on this website or use the phone number or email address shown there.
